I ran outside. The sun was shining, it the birds were singing. "I hope I will meet another kit, or a warrior!" I said to myself. I bird was pecking at a worm, so I jumped on it. It started flying and I hung on. It wen't high in the air. "Someone catch me!" I squeeled and let go, falling through the sky. I felt like I was about to die. "Please, someone catch me." I whimpered.

Redfoot- The warrior saw the kit flying through the air and followed him. She heard him screeching and ran, just in time to catch him, well, sort of. He landed on top of her back. "Ouch!"

I jumped off of her. "I'm sorry. Thanks for catching me. I was trying to catch that bird but it didn't work out to well...."

She winked at the kit. While Owlstar wasn't looking, she whispered to the kit, "Don't worry about it. You're not in trouble."
