She padded to the entrance of the camp. The sun was up and its golden rays shone warmly onto her pelt. It was a good day for hunting.

She sighed when no one came and headed out to the trees. She spotted a little mouse tail sticking out of a hole and quickly stalked it in a smooth position. She saw it stick it's head out of the hole, its ears pricked. It sensed something. She quickened her pace and lunged for the mouse just as it was about to disappear into the hole. Her claws hooked its tail and it struggled hopelessly. She pulled it towards herself and killed it.
